OPTO Taiwan returns in June

Buyers in the optoelectronics and mechanical industries can source the latest products from Taiwan this June. The annual OPTO Taiwan stages its 21st edition at the Taipei World Trade Center Nangang Exhibition Hall, Taipei, Taiwan on June 19 to 21, 2012.

Major exhibits include compound semiconductor, optoelectronics devices, optical fiber communication, laser applications, optical I/O and storage devices, vacuum coating and precision instruments/equipment.

Since its inception in in 1984, OPTO Taiwan has become Taiwan's leading specialized event in the industry aimed at exchanging trade information, comparing products and services with competitors and spotting future trends.

As part of the annual Photonics Festival in Taiwan, the optoelectronics exhibition is co-located with Display Taiwan, LED Lighting Taiwan, OptoComm Taiwan and Solar Taiwan. The concurrent events in 2011 attracted a total of 44,693 domestic and overseas visitors, up 14% from previous year's attendance. Top overseas visitors were Japan, Korea, the US, China, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Germany, Russia, Thailand and Taiwan.
