Admission Policy

  1. Trade only — This is a business-to-business exhibition, not an event for the general public. No one under 18 admitted at any time during the event. No children, housewives or students.
  2. To enter the event, all visitors must present 3 copies of their business card with their name printed on it.
    • Each visitor must present his or her own individual business card with their name on it — cards cannot be shared among visitors from the same company.
    • Anyone not able to provide 3 copies of their own business cards (e.g., companions, spouses, assistants) will not be permitted to enter the event.
    • Visitors may also be asked to present their National / State-issued identity card (IT PAN Card / Driving License / Photo Credit Card / GOVT I Card) in order to qualify for entry into the event.
  3. An admission fee of INR 200 will be charged to all qualified visitors who attend the Fair. Visitors are requested to tender exact change.
  4. No removal of exhibits before 5pm on the last day of the event is allowed. For security reasons, the organizers will not allow luggage or large bags to be brought into the event. NO RETAIL SALES.
  5. Fair Management reserves the right to refuse admission at any time during the event.
