Buyer-friendly venue for convenient sourcing
The Fair is held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, the premier exhibition venue in Mumbai. The venue is conveniently located in the Goregaon district of Mumbai. It's about 20 minutes from the international and domestic airports, and easily accessible by taxi, public bus and private car.

Pre-register to save Rs 150 on the admission fee
As a pre-registered visitor, you only need to pay Rs 50 admission fee. Save Rs 150, as visitors who register onsite will need to pay Rs 200 admission fee! Please note that we will not send you a printed admission badge by post.

Present your official invitation and/or registration confirmation number plus business cards to verify your identity to our staff at the registration counter and pay Rs 50 to get your admission badge.

Admission Policy

1. Trade only — No one under 18 admitted at any time during the event. No children, housewives or students.
2. To enter the event, all visitors must present 3 copies of their business card with their name printed on it.
   • Each visitor must present his or her own individual business card with their name on it — cards cannot be shared among visitors from the same company.
   • Anyone not able to provide 3 copies of their own business cards (e.g., companions, spouses, assistants) will not be permitted to enter the event.
   • Visitors may also be asked to present their National / State-issued identity card in order to qualify for entry into the event.
3. An admission fee of Rs 200 will be charged to all qualified visitors who register onsite to attend the Fair. This admission fee is reduced to Rs 50 for all qualified visitors who have pre-registered for the Fair and have an official invitation or have received an entry badge from the Organizer.
4. No removal of exhibits before 6pm, November 22. For Security reasons, the organizers will not allow luggage or large bags to be brought into the event. NO RETAIL SALES.
5. Fair Management reserves the right to refuse admission at any time during the event.
