How to get to the Fair

The China Sourcing Fair will be held at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre. It's located in the heart of Dubai.

The venue features quality restaurants, a coffee shop, a post office, and other convenient services. It's easily accessible by taxi, public bus and private car. Enter the show at either the Novotel Hotel or Ibis Hotel entrances of the venue.

Visa Process

Upon receipt of the hotel confirmation, the participant should send the completed visa application form, scanned copy of the passport, and the credit card authorisation form for visa processing. The passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond the intended stay. Please note that the visa will not be processed without credit card authorization, as the visa fees are prepaid and non-refundable.

The visa rates applicable are between AED 180 (US$50) to AED 340 (US$94) depending on the processing time (Normal process or Urgent process). The visa rates will be communicated by the hotel once your room is confirmed. Please allow for 7 to 10 working days for a visa to be issued, keeping in mind that the weekend in the UAE falls on Friday- Saturday.

The following Nationalities do not require visa to enter Dubai and can obtain the entry permit on arrival.

GCC residents, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR Passport), Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America, Vatican.

For all other citizens, a visa must be obtained prior to arrival in the UAE.
