How to Make Yourself an Expert in Distribution

Pan Wenfu, General Manager, Senpan Textile Trade (Shanghai) Co., Ltd; General Manager, Shanghai Senpan Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd

Strictly speaking, Chinese private distributors are neither real enterprises, nor self-employed households, but the middle group that enjoys a unique organizational form. They are very different from traditional manufacturers in terms of size and development strategy. This also explains why problems often arise between distributors and manufacturers.

Given the current condition, Chinese private distributors may be aware of development strategies but cannot implement them because of poor inner management. The gap between rapid business growth and deficient overall management could result in an extrinsic "enterprise" but intrinsic "self-employed household" and hinder on-stage development.

This session will help you become an expert distributor through management level improvement.
