    • TaiSPO 2012 set to get bigger

    The Taipei Int'l Sporting Goods Show (TaiSPO) is expected to stage a packed event as it opens with other major Taiwan trade shows at the Taipei World Trade Center, Taipei, Taiwan on March 6 to 9, 2012.

    Asia's second largest sporting goods exhibit will be co-located with the world's second largest bike show Taipei CYCLE, the new Taiwan International Diving and Water Sports Show and the Taipei International Sports Textile & Accessory Expo. Overall exhibit is expected to be around 6,000 booths seen to draw over 10,000 overseas visitors.

    TaiSPO 2011 concluded its 38th edition, attracting a total of 19,815 local and international buyers. The event also drew its biggest number of overseas visitors. Top visiting countries included China, Japan, the USA, Korea, Australia, India, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines and Germany.
