    • Taipei CYCLE marks 25th year

    The Taipei International Cycle Show (Taipei CYCLE) celebrates its silver anniversary with new exhibits this spring at the Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) Nangang Exhibition Hall, Nangang District, Taipei, Taiwan on March 7 to 10, 2012.

    The theme "Think Bicylcle, Think Taiwan" will highlight the four-day event, depicting the show's continued success. Show organizer Taiwan External Trade Development Council joined forces with the Taiwan Bicycle Exporters' Association for the first "TAIPEI CYCLE d&i awards" to recognize the best innovations in whole Bicycles, Components, Clothing and Equipment for Cyclists and Accessories. The awards are also aimed at further promoting the thriving industry to local and international visitors.

    The Taipei CYCLE is co-located with the first TAIPEI Int'l Sports Textile & Accessories Expo, Tour de Taiwan, International Bicycle Trend Forum, International Bicycle Design Competition and Taiwan Cycle Night.

    The 24th Taipei CYCLE showcased a total of 3,060 booths, up 1.4% from the previous year and attracted a record 5,701 international visitors.
