The SecuTech 2008 will be held April 16-18 at the Taiwan World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1 in Taipei, Taiwan. The fair will feature over 750 exhibitors from major supply markets in Asia. This year, the fair will have a special highlight to security concerns, security equipment, fire and safety, industrial safety and information safety.
To help buyers locate popular products in a convenient way, the fair will feature pavilions for CCTVs/Digital surveillance, Access control/biometrics, Alarms, BA/HA Intercom and System solution. Moreover, there will be two pavilions for Korea and mainland China to facilitate buyers to see the latest products by suppliers from these two countries.
According to fair organizer A&S Group, 85 percent of the exhibitors at the show will launch new products and solutions at the show. Visitors can see innovations from a wide range of product categories, including IP surveillance, video analytics, biometrics, mobile security and hybrid solutions.
The fair is also an effective sourcing platform for new suppliers. Statistics show that 33 percent of the exhibitors are new to the show. At the 2007 fair, for example, new exhibitors increased by 12 percent than the 2006. New exhibitors are expected to grow another five percent for the 2008 show.
The 2007 fair featured 750 exhibitors and 1,500 booths. It attracted 20,500 visitors from 20 countries and regions.
