The 2008 Taipei International Automobile Electronics Show (or AutoTronics Taipei 2008) will be held April 9-12, 2008 at the Taipei World Trade Center in Taipei, Taiwan.Debuted in April 2007, the show continues to expand in each edition. The upcoming April 2008 show will feature three new product categories, namely Multimedia telematics/drive information systems, Testing equipment & services and Production equipment for automobile electronics, to give buyers more product choices.
The fair will feature two themed pavilions for Telematics and Car safety & security. Products to be highlighted in the Telematics pavilion include TOBE, LBS, auto computers, telematic terminals, GPS, GPS antennas & parts, vehicle monitoring, fleet management and ETC. The Car safety & security pavilion will showcase four auto safety and security products designed for driving, parking, car access and theft prevention.
The AutoTronics Taipei 2008 will be co-located with the 2008 Taiwan International Motorcycle Industry Show (Taiwan Motorcycle 2008). Added with the Taipei Int'l Auto Parts & Accessories Show (Taipei APMA 2008) which is held at the nearby TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall, the three shows will bring together over 1,500 exhibitors and over 3,500 booths in the auto industry.
Meanwhile, a number of special activities will be held during the show to enhance business opportunities and facilitate information exchange between buyers and suppliers.

Global Sources will be at the show with its own booth to promote the company's complete sourcing solution consisting of print, online and face-to-face channels for buyers and suppliers.
